Tennessee Valley Protective Services LLC. (TVPS) is a State of Tennessee licensed and fully insured contract protective services company based in Chattanooga Tennessee that offers a wide variety of security services throughout the state of Tennessee.. TVPS is owned and operated by former law enforcement and security management professionals with a combined experience of over two decades. The owner and management staff truly care about making the community safer.

TVPS recruits and trains the best qualified person for the job. Officer candidates under go a rigorous pre-employment screening which includes a FBI/TBI criminal history check, prior employment verification, licenses verification, credit worthiness evaluation, person reference interviews, driving history check and a drug screening.

Once hired our officer candidates undergo the required mandated state training and a in-house training course that includes topics such as:

  • Crime detection / prevention

  • First aid

  • Identifying / reporting safety issues

  • Defusing difficult situations

  • Reducing employee theft

  • Superior customer service

  • Responding to active shooter
